Noor Capital UK delivered a strong financial performance in FY2025, with revenue rising by 36% to £1.51 million. This growth was driven by increased client trading activity, reflecting greater market engagement. The company’s results underscore the effectiveness of its recent strategic initiatives. Overall, the figures highlight the Noor Capital UK Revenue Surge 2025.

However, despite this strong top-line growth, net profit declined by 10%, slipping from £275,000 in FY2024 to £232,000 in FY2025. The management attributed the revenue growth to increased client trading activity, stating that it signals greater client engagement and an expanding market share.

These developments align with the company’s long-term strategy to strengthen its position in the competitive online trading space. Noor Capital, a UAE-based financial group under the Al Sayegh Brothers Group, owns Noor Capital UK. Headquartered in Abu Dhabi and led by businessman Abdul Jabbar Al-Sayegh, the conglomerate is best known for importing LG and Hitachi electronics into the UAE.

Since 2005, Noor Capital has offered online trading services primarily to Arabic-speaking clients via MetaTrader 4 and 5 platforms. Its current CEO, Mohammed Ghousheh, took the reins in 2016 after serving as CFO for nearly a decade. In early 2023, Noor Capital acquired the FCA-licensed broker House of Borse from Saudi businessman Mohammad Alkahtani. After the acquisition, the company renamed itself Noor Capital UK and appointed CEO Wahb Ahmed, a former Saxo Bank MENA executive who initially joined the firm during its House of Borse days in 2015.

Despite the dip in profit, the company remains optimistic about its growth trajectory. With a firm foundation and increasing client interest, Noor Capital UK is positioning itself for sustained expansion in the evolving financial services landscape.
